At present, Gecko offers a 90-day free storage period for all purchasing and forwarding items. The total storage time in the warehouse should not exceed 180 days (approximately 6 months), starting from the order status "To shop."
Storage Fee Standard Beyond the Free Period If your items are stored at Gecko for more than the 90-day free storage period, the system will automatically calculate and charge the storage fees. To avoid incurring unnecessary fees due to exceeding the free storage period, we recommend shipping your items within the 90-day free storage period.
Standard for Overtime Storage Charges: 0.25R/item/day Example: If you have a total of 2 items and choose to ship them after storing in the warehouse for 100 days, the storage fee will be: (100-90) * 0.25 * 2 = 5R.
Handling Beyond 180 Days If your items are stored at Gecko for more than 180 days, they will be considered abandoned. We will handle overdue items by destroying them. ( If your package is about to exceed the storage period, a pop-up reminder will appear when you log in to our website. After the expiration, the ownership of the items will belong to Gecko, and no refunds will be issued for these items.)
During the storage period, Gecko is responsible for keeping the goods and assumes related responsibilities, but the expiration date of the goods is not included in our storage coverage. (e.g. perishable items with only one month shelf life). Destroyed items will not be further notified.
To avoid the destruction of your items, please ship your package within the valid storage period. Thank you for your support and understanding!
