How do I return my order?

If you wish to return your order, please be aware of the following:

1、Orders can be returned within seven days if the Chinese supplier has not yet shipped the item.

2、If the order is placed within seven days but the Chinese supplier has already shipped the item, we will contact the supplier to negotiate a return. If a return is possible, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs in China.

3、After seven days from the order date, the Chinese supplier will no longer accept returns.
