If you need to forward a package from China to South Africa, you can use our package forwarding service.
Here is the package forwarding process:
1. Contact your sales consultant to confirm if you are eligible for this service.
2. Confirm with your sales consultant whether the items in your package can be transported.
3. Obtain the shipping address and send your package to our warehouse in China.
4. Provide the tracking number to your sales consultant.
5. Wait for us to receive and process your package.
6. Your package will then be forwarded.
When using the package forwarding service, please note the following:
Contact your sales consultant in advance to confirm if you are eligible for this service (currently, package forwarding is available only for member accounts).
Confirm with your sales consultant whether your package can be transported (sensitive items, branded products, etc., cannot be transported).
You will need to send the package to our warehouse in China on your own.
To prevent your package from being lost or other unnecessary issues, please provide the tracking number to your sales consultant promptly.
Double-check your tracking number to ensure we can locate your package.
