How to Request a Refund for My Account

If you wish to request a refund for your account, please be aware of the following:

1、A minimum fee of R50 is required for refunds (thus, accounts with a balance of less than R50 cannot be refunded).

2、The refund process takes 2-3 weeks.

3、Any transaction fees charged by African banks will be borne by the customer.

Regarding Fees:

1、For amounts less than R1000, the fee is R50.

2、For amounts R1000 and above, the fee is 2% of the refund amount.
